Worry-Free Returns
We will issue a full refund of the order value for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return.
We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Please Contact Us to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition.
How to Return & Refund
- Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
- Once we have approved your request, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without our prior knowledge will not be accepted. Please send your item(s) using local post within 30 days from receiving the return form.
- When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
- Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
Return Conditions
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached.
* We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.
* We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please Contact Us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
We do not offer an exchange service for any products at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping time and fee
This refers to the time from the warehouse to your address. It depends on the shipping company and shipping condition. We provide different shipping company and they charge in different price.
Under normal circumstances：
7-12 days for delivery to the U.S；
7-14 days for delivery to Australia；
7-15 days for delivery to Canada；
7-13 days for delivery to Italy;
6-9 days for delivery to Germany；
7-12 days for delivery to other countries.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Shipping confirmation and delivery
You will receive a shipment confirmation including a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can check the shipping on relative shipping company websites. Buy it now. Excellent quality. Works way better than expected. Not flimsy. I don’t know what the Solo brand one is like, but this is absolutely good, price aside.
Redoing my backyard, have a Solo Bonfire 2, sitting just outside a gazebo. Was concerned I might need a bigger fire pit. With this thing, we were warm 10-12 feet away from the fire pit. It kicks that warm way out. We hung outside late into the night, I just had a T-shirt on.

Deflects heat nicely and at a much lower price than Solo’s version, it is almost exactly the same. The top is one solid piece (the same). The three legs are attached with “wing nuts”. This is an improvement over Solo’s design. Absolutely five stars.
I’ve had a 19” fire pit for a while and my biggest complaint was that all the heat went straight up and we would still be cold despite being close to the fire. With this deflector, I can finally feel the heat on my feet and legs and I love it.
The deflector is sturdy and very well built. It looks to be made from a single sheet of stainless steel with a nice rolled edge making it safe to handle without sharp edges. It has three detachable legs that were easy to install. During use it will collect some soot and carbon that is easily removed with mild soap and water.
This one is a little more expensive than some of the others out there but I think it is worth it. Good job Yefu.
I don't usually bother writing reviews but this thing is so awesome! Really does keep everyone warmer by the fire and can even boil water or carefully cook on top of it. We have a small wok that fits perfectly in the middle for campfire hotpot. The metal is heavy and sturdier than expected and fits very well with my bonfire 2. Highly recommended. Also it sits higher than other models which I think works better for use with the surround table and makes adding wood easier
This does what it advertises, it deflects heat outwards to help you stay warm next to the stove. It also does a good job of blocking sparks. As for smoke level, you have to make sure you have your Solo Stove packed correctly with the wood beneath the vent holes. If there's smoke, then that smoke will go outwards instead of straight up. Much less expensive than the official Solo Stove deflector and it's easy to use.
