I was looking for a patio table that was solid and held up to these harsh New England winters. I think I have found it! We recently rebuilt our deck and it was time for a new set. After researching tons of options, (a lot had flaws like a 2nd bar running under the table on either so you can't push the chairs in, etc), this one checked all the boxes. The seller was SUPER informative of shipping, messaging me twice to give me updates and FedEx tracking numbers and they arrived a few days earlier than promised. The set was packed so carefully and considerate...lots and lots of styrofoam. The table and chairs came in 4 boxes, which were VERY heavy (65 and 75 lbs each). We started by assembling the chairs (those are not 85% assembled, by the way, it's just the table). The chairs were a little tricky. You can do it yourself, but having a second set of hands is helpful. We used a power drill but finished off each screw with the allen wrench. Each piece was marked well with letters, but pay super close attention at every step to make sure you are on the correct side of the chair with your piece. There are a lot of angled pieces and it's easy to make a mistake. We did each step on each chair as an assembly line. There is a video on YouTube if you need help. The table we put together in no time. Piece of cake. This set feels HEAVY and expensive and the quality is pretty amazing. No wind will be taking this set anywhere. You can also see from the photos it had just rained. The water wiped right off with no problem. Chairs are wide and comfortable. You can add a cushion for extra comfort too. The color is a beautiful black with wood texture. My only con is the stark contrast of the silver screws against the black chair. You can totally live with it and to most it probably isn't a big deal, but I wanted a sleeker look. A little black paint for metal, an artist brush, and some patience, I painted them carefully and it elevated this set so much (as shown in the photos). I'm expecting this set to last us a good long while!
So far we are very pleased with the table and 6 chairs. It is very nice quality, heavy, stable and seems to be durable. We have a pool and have gone through patio furniture like crazy due to the pool rusting everything. This material holds up extremely well, and doesn’t rot and/or rust. We found cushions that are a perfect fit to add a pop of color and add a little more comfort. A lot of reviews commented about how narrow the table is, but we didn’t think it was all that narrow. It is plenty wide enough when we have all 6 seats filled and everyone is eating. I would recommend this table & chairs, in fact we already have.
As far as putting it together, it wasn’t bad, maybe 15 minutes per chair. The table was easy to assemble. We did use Loctite while screwing the screws in just to help secure it.
These are the best patio furniture I have seen. I have had natural wood furniture in the past. Beautiful, but, it needs maintenance regularly and will still wear out. This material is solid, heavy and will last twice as long if not more. Looks good, feels good, long lasting. Shipped fast in protective packaging, easy assembly mostly already completed. Great customer service. So very happy with my whole purchase experience and now I can sit back and enjoy! Thank you YEFU.
I just got this table so I cannot attest to longevity but we got new patio furniture just 2 years ago; an acacia wood and wicker mix. The chairs in our set held up well but the table top never went together super straight. So alas, we ordered this one. I am so happy with the quality so far. The material feels really strong. It has a soft feel to it. It took legit 5 mins to put together by myself. Build upside down not that I would know any other way to build it... but for those less savvy builders, that's what you do. The table top has a far superior way to connect to itself than the other table we purchased. I was surprised to see how heavy it was. The hubs had to help carry it . Even the legs have some heft to them. Each leg is about 10.25" around. It was also nice to see a customer service tag in the box stating who and where to call should you run into a problem. I really think this will hold to the test of time.
I was very skeptacle of purchasing these chairs and fully committed to returning them if I did not approve. To my surprise they were everything the reviews stated and more. I have been a true wood lover and yes, wood needs a lot of care to maintain against the weather, so I thought try these. I am surprised that they look and feel fantastic. Easy to assemble, more costly but I can tell the quality is there and these will last a long time without constant maintenance.
