Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers functional defects in YEFU® products resulting from manufacturing or material defects under normal use.

Key coverage includes:

  • Cracking, breakage, or structural damage of materials

  • Abnormal fading, chalking, or surface issues caused by manufacturing processes

  • Component failures under normal assembly

Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Products not purchased from the YEFU® official website

  • Issues caused by misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect assembly

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or minor fading

  • Damage caused by extreme weather events (hurricanes, floods, hail, earthquakes, etc.) or accidents

  • Improper storage, incorrect cleaning, or chemical corrosion

Warranty Terms

  • Official Website Only: This warranty applies only to genuine products purchased from the YEFU® official website.

  • Warranty Period: The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase required (order number or invoice).

  • Remedies: YEFU® may, at its discretion, repair, replace parts, or provide a replacement product.

  • Remaining Warranty: Replaced products or parts are covered for the remaining warranty period and do not reset the 10-year term.

  • Additional Costs: Warranty service does not cover shipping, installation, or other additional expenses.

Additional Notes 

  1. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  2. Replaced products or components continue to enjoy the remaining warranty period of the original order.

  3. If a product has been discontinued, YEFU® will provide a replacement of equivalent or similar style.

How to Claim Warranty

Please email your proof of purchase (order number or invoice), photos of the damage, and a description of the issue to support@yefuweb.com.
