Order Processing Time
Order processing time refers to the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
Typically, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays.
Our warehouse operates only during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we make every effort to minimize shipping delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number (the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note that this process may be delayed during promotions or holidays.

Delivery Delays
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@yefuweb.com, and we will promptly check the status with the shipping carrier. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations

If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order. If your payment has been completed and the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order before delivery, and we will issue a full refund.

These fees vary by country, and Yefu encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. These fees are not paid to Yefu nor set by Yefu; they are determined and paid to your country’s government in accordance with import/export regulations.
Yefu does not refund any fees or costs for international orders confiscated by customs or other government agencies. Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by the customer, in compliance with international postal regulations.
